Alexander Smith Johnson was born 30 Jul 1817 in Utica, Oneida County, NY, a son of Alexander Bryan Johnson and Abigail L. S. Adams. Alexander served as Judge of the New York Court of Appeals in 1851 and in 1873. He served as Chief Judge of the Court in 1858-1859. He married Catherine Crysler and they had four daughters and one son. He died 26 Jan 1876 in the Bahamas Islands.
Clarke Howard Johnson was born 18 Nov 1851. He was elected to the Rhode Island State House of Representatives and served 1879-1880 and 1899-1903. He was a District Judge from 1886-1903. Clarke was a Justice of the Rhode Island State Supreme Court from 1903-1917.
David Johnson served as a Justice of the Supreme Court of the State of Michigan. See US Congress, House of Representatives.
Francis Wayland Johnson served as Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of New Hampshire from 1949 - 1952.
J. Mercer Johnson was named a Justice of the Arizona State Supreme Court in 1957.
John T. Johnson was born 9 Jan 1856 in Overton County, Tennessee. He moved to Oklahoma Territory and became District Judge from 1907-1915. He was named Justice of the Oklahoma Supreme Court and served from 1919-1925. He was a Freemason, member of the Odd Fellows and Woodmen of the World. He was a member of the Disciples of Christ Church.
Lee Johnson served as Attorney General of Oregon from 1969-1977. He was then named Judge of the Oregon Court of Appeals in 1977.
Okey Johnson was born 24 Mar 1834. He was a Democrat. He was named Justice of the West Virginia Supreme Court of Appeals and served from 1877-1888. Okey lived in Wood County, WVa. He died 16 Jun 1903.
