Thanks for sticking with me this far. . . Let me tell you that for someone like me, creating something as simple as a first web-page is not easy. After about six attempts, I finally managed to create and publish then. Then I set about embellishing it. As soon as it started to look decent, I managed to delete it. So, this is second generation of first web page. How's that for a sad story?
In any case, welcome to my page, and to my life. I hope to keep it current, and for it to be something beyond a narcissistic bozo-like self indulgence. We'll see, And I hope you will consider this site "interactive" and use the links, sign the guestbook, offer links, send me mail, etc. It will make my day. What do you want to know about me?

How about where I work out: Like most people, I have a real love/hate relationship with going to the gym. I mean, I am closer to 40 than to 30, but I still have a 31" waist... so I must be doing something right! But why is it so difficult to actually get there? If anyone has some advise on this matter, I would really appreciate it!
