Other: My mother was born in Gloucester, Ma in 1904, Her mother Geneva Lynch Norwood died 4 days after giving birth to my mother. The Norwood family homesteaded on Cape Ann in the Wheeler Point area. Great grampa Norwood built cottages there to u e as rentals, I believe. I am missing a link in the Norwood line between Nathan Sr to follow the line to Francis. But, I believe it will lead to him, if I could connect the missing link. Anyone with any information on this I would love to hear from you

I have just started this type of research and have found out from living relatives that family lore includes three brothers that came over from England. One settled in Massachusetts, one in Georgia, and one in Texas. Does this line up with anything to do ith Francis?

I am decended from the southern ( and later Utah) Norwoods, although my father's name was Francis Raymond Norwood. My late sister, Frieda Norwood March, did much research on the family line and for several years was in charge of the State of Idaho's Gene logical Library in Boise. My other sister, Betty Lou Norwood Hughes (berbet@nwrain.com) has continued this research to some extent. Your pages are very impressive, and I will "check-in" often!
