1. AGE DETERMINATION IS AGE AS OF DECEMBER 31, 2005 (PLAYERS MAY NOT TURN
THE NEXT AGE BEFORE THAT DATE WITH THE FOLLOWING EXCEPTION: ALL TEAMS WILL BE ALLOWED
TO ROSTER THREE (3) PLAYERS WITH THE SEPTEMBER 1 AAU AGE DETERMINATION DATE. PROOF OF
AGE FROM THE COACH WILL BE REQUIRED FOR ANY PLAYER IN QUESTION).

2. FINAL ROSTERS WITH NAMES, UNIFORM NUMBERS, DATE OF BIRTH AND PARENT SIGNATURES
ARE TO BE PROVIDED PRIOR TO YOUR FIRST GAME. ROSTER DROP/ADDS ARE PERMITTED
PRIOR TO YOUR 3RD LEAGUE GAME. COACHES ARE REQUIRED TO HAVE BIRTH
CERTIFICATES OR PROOF OF AGE FOR ALL PLAYERS AT ALL GAMES. FAILURE TO DO SO
WILL RESULT IN FORFEIT.

3. ONLY ROSTERED PLAYERS (MAX 12) ARE ELIGIBLE TO PLAY. ROSTERS ARE SET
AT THE COMPLETION OF A TEAM'S SECOND GAME. NO ROSTER ADDITIONS ARE
ALLOWED AFTER THIS DATE. TEAMS WHICH FAIL TO FILE A ROSTER WILL BE LIMITED
TO THOSE PLAYERS WHO WERE LISTED ON THE SCORE SHEET IN THEIR FIRST TWO
GAMES.

4. ALL OFFICIAL ROSTERS MUST BE COMPLETE AND SIGNED BY EACH PLAYER'S
PARENT OR GUARDIAN PRIOR TO PARTICIPATION IN ANY GAME.

5. EACH TEAM MUST BE PREPARED TO PROVIDE ONE PERSON FOR THE SCORER'S
TABLE TO HELP IN SCORING OR HELP WITH THE SCOREBOARD.

6. ALL PLAYERS ON A TEAM MUST WEAR THE SAME COLOR UNIFORMS WITH
DIFFERENT NUMBERS. ALL TEAMS MUST BE READY TO SUPPLY ALTERNATE COLOR
JERSEYS IN CASE OF A COLOR CONFLICT. THE DECISION AS TO WHICH TEAM
CHANGES UNIFORMS WILL BE DECIDED BY A COIN FLIP.

7. EACH TEAM IS REQUIRED TO SUPPLY A GAME BALL APPROVED BY THE REFEREE.

8. ALL GAMES WILL FOLLOW HIGH SCHOOL FEDERATION RULES WITH THE FOLLOWING
EXCEPTIONS:
a. All games will consist of eight (8) minute running time quarters with stop-time being observed
during the last two minutes of the second and fourth quarters. The clock will not stop on
shooting fouls.

b. Regulation overtime periods will be observed. Each team will received one (1) additional
timeout per each overtime period.

c. In the 13-14 Boys League, each team is allowed to roster a maximum of two (2) Junior
Varsity players. No varsity players may be added.

d. Mercy Rule: If one team goes up by 20 or more points in the second half, the clock will revert
to running time until the conclusion of the game.

e. Start time is forfeit time.

f. In the 7-8 Age Group (played at Ft. Garrison), there is NO full-court press.

9. ONCE THE SCHEDULE HAS BEEN PUBLISHED, THERE WILL NOT BE ANY CHANGES.
IF A TEAM IS UNABLE TO ATTEND A SCHEDULED GAME, THE COACH IS REQUIRED TO
NOTIFY THE LEAGUE AT LEAST ONE WEEK IN ADVANCE. ALL MISSED GAMES WILL
BE COUNTED AS A FORFEIT/LOSS.

a. Any team which knowingly forfeits a game without advance notice will be immediately
eliminated from trophy consideration.

10. COACHES ARE RESPONSIBLE TO CHECK IN AT THE SCORER'S TABLE EACH WEEK
TO CHECK ON ANY SCHEDULING REVISIONS.

HOUSE RULES

1. NO ONE IS ALLOWED ON THE BASKETBALL COURT EXCEPT THE PLAYERS AND COACHES.

2. ALL SPECTATORS ARE TO REMAIN SEATED IN THE STANDS.

3. SPECTATORS ARE NOT ALLOWED TO ENGAGE THE REFEREES IN ANY DISCUSSIONS.

4. COACHES ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CONDUCT OF THEIR PLAYERS AND THEIR
SPECTATORS.

5. GUESTS ARE LIMITED TO THE GYM AREAS ONLY. NO LOITERING IS ALLOWED IN
THE HALLS.

6. NO FOOD, DRINK, RADIOS OR SMOKING ARE ALLOWED IN THE GYM (PLAYERS ARE
ALLOWED TO BRING WATER BOTTLES). TEAMS ARE REQUIRED TO CLEAN THEIR
BENCH AREA(S) AFTER GAMES.

9. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN AFTER THE ADVERTISED REGISTRATION DEADLINE HAS PASSED.
