MAS COMMUNICATIONS

CORPORATE OVERVIEW

It all started because we couldn't get
our teams in the local newspapers.
Our solution was to start up
Scoreboard News, a local amateur
sports magazine that welcomed
stories and pictures about people who
play for the love of whatever game
they choose.

That was then … this is now.

The old publication has grown into
ScoreboardNews.com, a national
clearinghouse for tournaments,
camps,clinics and leagues in 20
sports. The free listing service is an
often-visited database of contacts
designed to open new opportunities
to coaches and to increase the reach
of local tournaments.

That web site led us to a realization that the local scene had been overlooked,
so we launched BaltimoreSports.Net to focus on our region and Pikesville.org
which is devoted to the numerous neighborhood activities of the Pikesville
(MD) Recreation and Parks Council.

The marketing needs of our own lacrosse tournament led to the establishment
of LaxMax.com. The site has drawn thousands of hits in its first few months,
and continues to receive traffic even after this year's event.

USAmateurSports.com serves as our corporate site and offers links to all our
varied activities.

Our Sports Dynamics division organizes and administers an ever-growing
events calendar. Throughout the year we produce soccer, basketball and
lacrosse leagues and tournaments. We administer two fall soccer leagues
and six tournaments between September and June. During the winter months,
we concentrate on basketball, running two tournaments and a league.
As the weather warms up, we're into our three popular lacrosse events.

The future of MAS Communications is constantly evolving. Plans are under
way to launch an international sports division and to expand our efforts into
other sports and new activities.
