The Regulars

This society was formed in 1989 during the run of the stage-play, The Secret of Sherlock Holmes. It started off with a group of about dozen young girls between the 17 and 21 who had never met before and came together because they shared the same interests -- Jeremy Brett. Later the members acted as bodyguards for Jeremy during the play run, escorting him to his car after each performance. He later left £3000 to this loyal group with the wish that it be divided equally between those persons who are members of his memorial service. These members are frequent guests in nearly every Brettish gathering. However, in a sadden note, the society broke apart and discontinued in 1997.
