I am 40 years old, have owned six computers and wont buy ANY more, I now have had Classic and am on Pluss webtv and will stick with it as long as it lasts. Webtv may "Suck" as we all say but 1. It doesnt Nd expens upgrades 2. doesnt need a new modem every other week when sombody else upgrades 3.doesnt need new softwear every other year. So far even including my initial investment a. webtv $85(I was robbed you can buy one for $67 at wallmart now) $50 for printer addapter $185 for printer(Coler inkjet) and $40 for my keyboard($36 at wallmart) and even if you include the pluss system, $127( t wallmart I finaly wied up lol) I still have less in web tv than my last computer $985 webtv=$527 the computer needs 400 dollers worth of software and a new harddrive and faster modem.... I lv my web tv WE wont talk about Hoch mony I spent on the first t ree computers or the Comaddores.....

You've done a really great job of making your pages easy to understand. The web can be intimidating for unfamiliar people, and your site does a wonderful job of making new people feel comfortable. I will recommend it to those that I tutor. One suggestion. ..provide more links to your guestbook. Once I got lost in all your pages, it was hard to find it again, and I always sign AFTER I peruse the site...:)

I want to thank you so much for including webtvers in your gif collection etc. I find a lot of places that have graphics, icons, etc but since I am on webtv they are useless to me. I LOVE WEBTV and wouldn't change to a computer for anything. I have seen people using their computers to try to get around to various places on internet etc and I always feel so sorry for them. I have the ultimate easy, free of worry instrument. What I can't get into I think "I don't need it" and move on. I will come here more often. A big Valentine hug from one ole gal to you!

When I first got my webtv plus my sole interest was to absorb as much information on anything that I found interesting. However, I think that I have filled my head with as much knowledge as I can possibly use right now. My main focus now is to mae excit ng e-mail and to build a great website. It seems a little confussing at times but I think that in time I will be able to get the hang of it. Nothing really beats a one on one learning situation since things can be learned better and quicker if there is s meone right there helping you who actually knows this stuff well.

I just purchased this webtv plus last december because my kids took over the computer. I love it. For awhile I couldnt find much info on webtv with the search engins but finally by accident I surfed onto Wilds homepage. She had put some stuff for her webt friends on the page and from theyre I struck gold. I had no idea of all I could do with my webtv. I had started getting bored with just surfing around and frustrated with all the sites that wouldnt work with webtv. I bought a copy of Web TV for Dummies w ich was good but didnt go into all this great stuff I have been learning from all the webtv,ers on the web. I especially got mad when I tried police scanner com and it didnt work with my plus like the book said it would. That was one of many sites where I get that pop up that says " this is the type of yada yada yada bla bla that web tv cannot play or use bla bla bla". The book also said court tv would work. So like I said......I was ready to give up. In the few weeks since I found my first web pages made y webtv,ers I have become addicted to learaning more and more. Im learning html and am building my first page now. I never even knew I could build homepages with this. Thank you for putting so much info in here. I made a shortcut to your page so I can get to it fast. I really appreciate the info on the transloader. I was having a hard time with the uploading stuff. Discovering all this was like xmas for me. I know that there are probably other things that I dont know that are possible with this and it will be like xmas again when I discover them. Thanks for taking the time to read this. Im sorry I wrote a book here but Im just very exctited about all this and had to tell someone. I also wanted you to know how useful all your info is to me.
