Sex: Female
Health: Tested positive to heartworms on Nov 2. She's currently being treated for "baby" heartworms, which will hopefully spare her the more toxic treatment for adult heartworms later.
Health Update: Trixie tested NEGATIVE for heartworms on May 9, 1997! She didn't have to endure the more toxic adult heartworm treatment! The vet says this only happens in about 5% of heartworm cases. Trixie is sure a lucky pooch!
