OK, so you got the Quick view of who the TallCowboy is, now get real view. I'm 30 something year old (born in 1970 you do the math) and live in the Atlanta, Metro area. I work as a delivery driver and go to school part time at Georgia State for Marketing. So you ask how does this suburban boy next door type get into being a cowboy? Well that's not so easy to answer. I guess you could say it started when I used to think cowboys were HOT! Come on you have to give me that one, Just look at some of the Pro Rodeo guys, Garth Brooks, Clay Walker, John Michael Montgomery, Ty Herndon, Kenny Chesney and need I go on? Well last year I finally said, let's do this and got my first pair of Wranglers, Cinch Shirt and Boots. Man I loved it, and then a few months later I decided to Join SEGRA and have met some really wonderful people. They are some of the most down to earth "gay" people I have met. There isn't any attitude and everyone is equal which I love, and they are very easy going! Hmm I'm at a loss of what to say! But don't be shy drop me an email and let's chat. I love making new friends, but be warned I"m very shy at first so daunt' let that stop you!

One problem I have been getting lately is that a lot of guys seem to think I have MAJOR ATTITUDE. I really don't, honest! I am just VERY SHY. I am learning about rodeos and two-stepping. So when I'm in a situation where I'm not very knowldgable about something I get real quiet and watch. So this makes some people think I have attitude and don't want to talk or associate with them. Which is farther from the truth. I'm changing my ways, or trying too. I went out with a friend and he was asked to dance 5 times, while I just stood there. Granted some of it is my body language and I'm working on changing that. If you see me out at Hoedowns or a rodeo come up and say howdy! I don't bit, well unless you want! I know bad joke. Just come up and introduce yourself, if we've chatted on AOL say "Hey Tim, I'm (Insert Name) and I go by (insert Screen name) on AOL." Please give me your screen name cause I'm terrible with real names on here. Nothing personal, I know I should have been a ditzy blond. Well I'll keep you posted on how things go!!!

So what am I looking for you ask? Hmm that's a good question. Well I'm basically looking for new friends. I currently work and go to school part time at GSU for Computer Information Systems. I have come to the point in my life where I realize that I'm tired of the meaningless relationsihps in my life.. meaning tricking.. I want something more substantial. But I'd love to make more new friends, into rodeos a plus, and good guys to hang out. I like easy going down to earth guys who don't' have attitude or judge others. I can be a real smart a** and enjoy laughing and having fun. I'm open to the ideas of finding that special cowboy (although you don't have ot be one). Also if you're after me just get get in my wrangs.. I gotta say keep on looking, I'm not after that, online flirting is one thing, actually doing it is another. So email me or IM me if you're on aol and let's talk. I hope to hear from you soon

I"m also looking for some very cool buds to do "redneck things." Meaning go 4x4ing, 4 wheeling, jet skiing, camping and all sorts of getting diry playin in the mud type stuff. If you're in the ATL area and heck if you're in the GA area and want a new bud to do these things with drop me a line!

I can't have a cowboy page and not have a rodeo section. Well as most of you know we had the Southern Spurs 2001 Rodeo in Conyers GA, June 1-3. It was a lot of fun. Some of you know I was planning on roping but, due to the money situation I did Timing instead. I had a lot of fun at it and am actually thinking about becoming an IGRA Scorekeeper. But no firm plans yet. It all depends on if I gain full time employment. Yeah I'm one of the many lay offs of the year! I also want to give chute doggin a try, after I get insurance. Well, the Rodeo this year is May 31-June 2 look for more info soon!
