Grown Men and Women
They scream! and sink their hands into one another's flesh,
and cry like the cawing, wailing birds of prey.
They screech, and throw the ground and air and heat
towards each other, then heave themselves
with their entire breath and need
and lowing, tearing, struggle
with the opposing thing
and howl as if some
ubiquitous
nursemaid would
stop them,
please...
