Dhyana
The Gnani Purush reveals the process of meditation with unprecedented clarity.
SATSANG
The company of the Real Truth ..The Self..who is beyond true and false.
Most of the people of the world who meditate do so without deciding the dhyeya, the target.
The end point, the target, the aim, the end to which he is meditating
is unknown.
So what will he meditate on ?
When you meditate on all the qualities of The Soul..atma at a time
then these qualities become the dhyeya...the means to the end
and when you become the dhyata...the target
then it becomes Your dhyan.
This dhyan
is
shukladhyan.
This type of dhyan is impossible to experience without Atma Gnan from The Gnani.
The Lord has declared four types of dhyana
aartadhyana...internal turmoil hurting the self only
raudradhyan...internal turmoil spilling over and hurting others as well
dharmadhyan...absence of the two above
shukladhyan...absorbed in The Self..unaffected by the three above.
What is the effect of focusing attention on the breath going in and out of the body ?
To what use is this exercise of watching air go in and out of the nose ?
Why not try and see if works during an asthma attack ?
No meaningful peace or bliss has ever been achieved by watching the breath.
Meditation ...dhyana of the Self is the Real meditation...Atmadhyan.
Secondly, keeping dhyana on cooking will result in a meal...Sansar dhyan.
All other forms of dhyana are meaningless and often become cumbersome.
Other forms of meditation are for those who have become sick from
vyagrata...dissipated attention, fickle attention span. For such folks
meditation helps in establishing ekagrata...increasing attention and concentration
with transient sense of peace as a result.
Why put yourself through all these efforts to meditate ?
These become cumbersome because the ability to meditate is not under your control.
If it is pleasant to the ear...it is affecting the ear only.
For some others it is pleasant to their minds...manas.
The intelligence..buddhi of some will find it pleasant.
This is all dependant upon individual opinions. Such activity is not meditation.
They represent an egoistic effort to concentrate on
what is considered to be pleasant.
None of these have anything to do with the Bliss of the Self which the
meditator is seeking.
What is raudradhyan ?
The well to do businessmen used to sit in the forum of Lord Mahavir to listen to him speak.
The words of The Sarvagna...The Enlightened One..are so pleasant and sweet
that the ears love them. So these sheths..businessmen used to get so engrossed they would
not budge and would even order their supper to be brought from home and they would
eat and listen to what was pleasant to the ear.
I know these sheths even today.
In their shops they cut the cloth they sell after pulling it tightly..with the intent to give
less despite charging money...(greed). This is raudradhyan.
The sheth will counter by saying that the other cloth merchant is doing the same...
The other is committing suicide...why are you following him ?
These words of mine have never ever been heard by you before.
This speech is apoorva...never expressed before.
If these words are accepted..dharan
repeated without alterations...
then in the process
an extraordinary
ekagrata
of
chit
results.
Chit..or citta..is the component of the inner organ antaskaran
comprising of knowledge...gnan..jnana
and
vision...darshan.
e.g. while sittting here you can visualise your office furniture exactly .
Impure chit...vyavaharik chit..chit engrossed in worldly affairs..
becomes instantly pure if these words of mine are accepted and upheld....dharan.
The impurities and all negative results within are washed off.
You know how to wash your clothes.
How are you going to wash off the dirt within you ?
The medicine to purify the chit is very scarce.
All the paths of the world are sadhan margs...instrumental..providing the means.
This path of ours Akram Vignan is sadhya marg...the goal is accomplished.
It is not possible to fix the aim..dhyeya, without the target..dhyata.
How will you become the dhyata ?
When the world passes into oblivion..and all worldly struggles loose their hold.
But if you ask him who is meditating, "Who are you ?", he will reply, " I am a judge."
His dhayan is in the judge. His dhyan is of the ego. Hence he is unable to achieve his goal.
Only through the grace of the Gnani, dhyata dhyeya and dhyan..results
as a unified state wherin no further meditation kriya...act is necessary.
Even so, for peace of mind, some sadhan..instrument, means, is necessary for the suffering
folks of this world...until they meet
The Gnani Purush.
If you meditate on a worldly guru who is pure, not covetous of money or sex
you will attain some shanti..peace even if that guru is not enlightened.
Such dhyana or meditation is called relative dhyana.
Real meditation is attained on meeting The Gnani Purush.
Thereafter eternal Bliss..permanent shanti is attained.
What does the Gnani do for you ?
He gives you Gnan..knowledge, which renders eternal samadhi.
In this relative meditation...
if your mother-in-law says, "You are stupid."your meditation vanishes and
upadhi..external suffering, takes hold.
That is why all meditations of this world are a form of
handle samadhi.
You have to turn the handle..do something ..to get the motor running.
The Akram Vignani
establishes you in
Sahaj Samadhi
natural state of the Self where no handle turns are necessary.
The Eternal Bliss of The Self
Once you get to know this Knower...your work is done.
The Akram Vignani walked the face of this earth to give this
solution to the suffering humanity.
Suffering in the form of
aadhi...mental
vyaadhi...physical
upaadhi...externally induced.
Those fortunate ones who acquire this Vignana...science
are for ever in samaadhi..bliss with awakening
despite being the subject of the 3 fold suffering described above.
This is my guarantee.

PRAYER to PURE SELF
Shuddhatma Pratye Prarthna
Dearest Lord within me...
Just as you reside within all living beings, You reside in me.
Your real form is my real form.
My real form is Shuddhatma..( Pure Soul )

With infinite devotion and oneness, I offer my salutations to You.
I confess unto You all mistakes that I have committed in my ignorant state. For these I
express my sincere repentance and ask for your pardon. Oh Lord ! Please forgive me,
forgive me, forgive me, and give me the strength not to repeat these errors ever again.
Dearest Shuddhatma Bhagwan !
