As channeled by Marcia Wilson

A mournful song has been heard throughout the
land. Its tones drift to
the skies and carry with them much heartache and
sorrow. There is much
need for comfort as well as soul searching.
Lives have changed and the
earth has changed and that is causing much unrest
and uneasiness. In
times like this, change can be very unsettling
and the need for
steadiness is increased. Worry is part of this
song. Worry for safety,
worry for survival, worry for needs to be met.
It is difficult to find
peace and hope and especially goodwill.
In times like these, we need to look inside, but
we also need to look
toward one another. We all have a song to sing.
We all have a
particular frequency or tone to play in the world
and when another's
song is distressed we need to soothe with one of
our own. When the
number of distressed songs merge together, it is
like a dark cloud.
Somehow we must let a little sun come in and
dissipate the darkness.
Finding that ray of sunshine is not easy in times
of stress. There are
times when we have no song, no harmony in our
life, when we are all as
an empty room.
Realize that though your song may be muted and
though you may not have
the heart to sing, that this will not be
permanent. Know that within
you, the healing is beginning though it may not
be obvious. Do not put
a timetable on your healing for it takes time and
time and time. Find
comfort where you can. Find moments of
quietness. Find a friend to be
with or find quietness within. Share with
another. Be kind to yourself
as you go through this loss, this shock.
Pray for help. Send your voice to the skies.
Know that you are heard
and that we send you love and comfort.
