Alexandria - the Montazah gardens
Gardens of pine trees and drought resistant plants surround the Montazah palace lying between it and the sea.
It's a nice restful place to go and walk. Lots of Egyptians go to Alexandria in the summer because it is much cooler than Cairo, with breezes blowing from the sea.
