I, Lemuel Harvey of the County of DeKalb in the state of Missouri aged 82 years and being of sound and disposing mind and memory do make and publish this my last will and testament. First. It is my will that my beloved wife, Ann Harvey, have control of all of my stock which may be in my possession and belongist to me at the time of my death, to use and dispose of as she may see fit and think best.
Second. I give and bequeath unto my beloved wife, Ann Harvey, all of my real estate of which I may die siezed and possessed, to have entire control of and to receive the proceeds of so long as she remains my widow.
Third. I give and bequeath unto my son Newton J. Harvey, at the death of my wife an equal undivided fourth interest in all the real estate of which I may die siezed, not otherwise disposed of by my wife.
Fourth. I give and bequeath unto my son Asbury F. Harvey an equal undivided fourth part of all of the real estate of which I may die siezed and possessed of, not otherwise disposed of by my wife.
Fifth. I give and bequeth unto my son James M. Harvey and equal and undivided one fourth part of all of the real estate of which I may die siezed and possessed at the death of my wife, not otherwise disposed of by my wife.
Sixth. I give and bequeath unto my daughter Sarah J. Spiking, an equal and undivided one fourth interest in all of the real estate of which I may die siezed and possessed, on the death of my wife, which may not be otherwise disposed of by my said wife.
Seventh. I give and bequeath unto Nancy Evans, formerly Nancy Harvey, widow of my son C. C. Harvey, deceased, the sum of Twenty Five dollars to be paid out of my other personal property not yet disposed of upon the death of my wife.
Eighth. I give and bequeath to my Grand Son Robert C. Harvey, the sum of Twenty Five dollars to be paid him at the death of my wife out of the undisposed part of my personal property.
Ninth. I give and bequeath unto my beloved wife Ann Harvey, all of my household furniture and personal estate of every description to have and possess during her life and at her death to be equally divided among my four children above named after paying the bequeaths to Nancy Evans and my grandson Robert C. Harvey.
I hearby appoint my sons Newton J. Harvey and Asbury F. Harvey my executors to carry out the provisions of this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking any former will that I may have made.

The forgoing instrument was at the date thereof signed and declared by the said Lemuel Harvey to be his last Will and Testament in the presence of us who at his request and in the presence of each other have subscribed our names as witnesses thereto and that we believe the said Lemuel Harvey to be of sound mind and memory.
