First: I desire that all of my just debts, if there should be any at my death, and expenses of my last sickness, and funeral expenses shall be paid.
Second: I have heretofore rendered material assistance to my Son, James J. Harvey. I therefore give and bequeath to him the sum of One Dollar ($1.00)
Third: I direct that all of the rest and residue of my estate of every kind and description, real, personal and mixed, shall be divided among my other children as follows:
To my Son, Absolom L. Harvey one-fourth (1/4th) thereof.
To my Daughter, Emma Harvey, one-half (1/2) thereof.
And to my Daughter, Sadie H. Fleischer One-fourth (1/4th) thereof.
Fourth: I nominate and appoint as Executrix of this, my last will and testament, my Daughter, Emma Harvey, and direct that no bond as executrix shall be required of her.
