My Genealogy Pages
It is hard to live in this white culture when you are not truly a white man. Mother was more white than Native American and often didn't understand Daddy and his ways. One of the hardest things I have found to cope with has been my temper and my other family member's as well. In the Native American culture, it would not have been so much of a problem as we were allowed to give free reign to these feelings. But in a white culture, we are made to feel defective if we have these feelings and if they try to overcome us at times.
At the Pow Wows we learned that we must give voice to that part of us that is Native American and not try to hide it like they did a hundred years ago. Today, there isn't such a bad feeling about being "a half-breed" as there was then. Still, I find, in many families, they refuse to acknowledge their Native blood and then wonder what is wrong with them and why they don't act like all the rest of society.

The Lord called me to sing, teach, be a missionary while I was still in my teens. I have worked in the Church in all areas and the Lord called me to preach about 1984 and I have been doing so ever since.

Update On Missing Children's Pages
Pray for the families of these children who are aborted every day. Many times the families do not agree with the mother who chooses to abort her unborn child. Their hearts grieve and are wounded as much as our's would be if we mis-carried a baby.
Abortion KILLS children just as surely as a kidnapper does.
