Lebanese Recipes

I learned Lebanese cooking while married to my first husband Haseeb, who passed away in 1977. He was from the village of Kfarmeshki, Lebanon. Mt. Hermon is visible from their backyard. His mother, Rasmia Saikali is a sensational cook. She and my brother-in-law, Eddy, who is a cook, taught me everything that I know about Arabic cooking. These foods are healthy and delicious. Most of these dishes are eaten with Middle Eastern Pita or pocket bread.
