There are different commands based on what level you are on- Normal user, Op, AOp, SOp, Owner. You can use all the commands from your level and down! {I hope I got them all right}
Commands For Everyone
/topic #room topic -Change the topic in the room {Sometmes only Ops or owner can do}
/whois nick -Checks out someone's "profile"
/join #room -Joins a room
/part #room -Parts/Leaves a room
/msg nick message -Messages/IMs someone
/msg NickServ SET SHOWEMAIL ON -Let people see your email
/msg ChanServ INFO #room -Gets information about the room and who owns it
/msg ChanServ INVITE #room -Bring someone from another room into your room
AOperator Commands - AOp's have the third level of access on a channel. Only an SOp or channel Owner can add or delete an AOp.
/mode #room -o nick -DeOp a user in your room
/mode #room +o nick -Op a user in your room {Sometmes only SOps can do}
SOperator Commands - SOp's have the second most control of a channel. The Owner is the only one who can add/delete an SOp.
/kick #room nick reason -Kick a user from the room. The reason is optional{Sometmes only Owner can do}
/mode #room +b nick!*@* -Ban a user from the room{Sometmes only Owner can do}
/mode #room -b nick!*@* -Unban a user from the room{Sometmes only Owner can do}
Ownwer Commands - Owners have the most control of a channel. The Owner is the only one who can add/delete a SOp.
/msg ChanServ IDENTIFY #Roomname roompass -Needs to be done so you can make changes
/msg ChanServ SET #Roomname TOPICLOCK on -Don't allow anyone but owner to change topic
/msg ChanServ SET #Roomname PASSWD oldpass newpass -Change password for room
