The Story
The cartoon version of George Harrison here driving by to explain the story of Yellow Submarine to you. If it's explanitory that is. It's all in the mind, y'know. Well, since I'm on the move I'll must try not to take too long in this basic overview, so let's get started. It all starts once upon a time in an unearthly paradise called "Pepperland." It's a beautiful land filled with flowers and music. Wonderful people are there to enjoy the music as their children frolic around. I know, I've been there. But lo and behold. Not all in Pepperland is as peachy as it seems. The Blue Meanies devise an attack and take over Pepperland. Turning it into a boring blue world. One man though, manages to escape in the Yellow Submarine and takes off to look for help.
And who does he find? None other than the Fab Four Beatles. And off we all head back to Pepperland in that little Yellow Submarine. Not without troubles along the way though.
The Meanies aren't going to give up Pepperland without a fight. Yet they don't stand a chance against the music of the Beatles. Or do they? Ha, you can guess the answer.
Well, that's all the story that I'm going to give to you. You have to watch it for yourself if you want to know the specifics. As for now, Ringo is looking for his car, so I must go, for I know he won't be singing "Baby, you can drive my car." See ya.
