Letters to Mom-

I have started to write about some of the things that occur to me at the damndest moments in my life.  Now, keep in mind that I detest the idea of a formal essay.  For some reason it just clashes with my sense of finesse.  I'm a little twit like that.  In any case, it all started with a homework assignment for one of my classes.  Instead of doing a formal essay, I formatted the paper as a ficitonal letter to my mother.  It's a format that seems to work for me so I have decided that that is what I am going to be doing with these.
 

Please note:

I have never actually sent these letters to Mom, although she is well aware of most of the contents.  And while a large part of these "letters" are autobiographical, there has been some slight artistic leeway taken.  Some names have been changed to protect the dignity of said individuals.  Not to mention my sanity.
 
 

And now, the letters.  These are in the order they were written, although that may change at a later date depending on whatever subject that I am writing about.  Also some of the language is a bit on the rough side.  What exactly does that mean?  It means that I generally swear like a drunken sailor.  I have done my best to tone it down a bit so as not to offend anyone.  Consider this your warning.
