In life there is so much to share Always being with the ones that care Then a new thing comes into your life That is fun but can cut like a knife Dealing with people that you don't know Through the chats where you will go You will find people waiting for you But you have to know who is true It is hard to really know who you can trust But even in that honesty is always a must

You have to play it safe all the time
Knowing that lies are the biggest crime
For no matter how people are on line
Being yourself and honest will be fine
For being true to yourself in what you are
Will always make you right by far
People are there to have fun so much
Forgetting that we are human and such
We look at the words and that is what we see
We don't see the heart and minds that are free
Free to be a friend to talk with when in need
And never feel like we have been treed
Lost in the web and needing a friend
Makes our needs so hard to the end

So being ourselves and knowing who we are
Even when others are rude is better by far
To be yourself and caring for people is the only way
That will make the time on line better through the day
For knowing that there are those who want to hurt you
Just let them have their life that isn't really true
It is hard to deal with the pain they deal out
Makes us want to lose our minds and shout
But no matter what kind of words they type
Just never fall completely into that hype
It is what you are that matters in the end
So when it is time you will know who is a friend
