Once upon a time, when Wizards of the Coast and the DCI still supported Netrunner tournaments, they had an official rules document on their website. These data have since slipped into obscurity, and therefore I'm taking the liberty to make them available here for your perusal. Note that there is an "old" version and an updated version of the rules; you should look at both, but the updated version takes precedence over the old document.

And here are the additional rules and clarifications by the TRC Rules Sensei, Holger Janssen, which are in effect in all tournaments organized by the TRC: NR Rulings v1.70.

The Dioscuri
The Dioscuri are a set of 6 templates each for the Runner and the Corporation, granting additional abilities and/or drawbacks to shake up the playing environment. Read more on the Dioscuri in the TRQ.
You can download the Dioscuri as a Microsoft Excel file or two PDF files (Corporation and Runner). All files were kindly created by Muneki Tada of Tokyo City Grid.

Hypertext Adventure
"On the Edge" is a Cyberpunk text adventure I'm experimenting with at the time. It is rather short right now, but if you like, try it out. Since the adventure tries to recreate the harsh Cyberpunk atmosphere that forms the background of Netrunner, this adventure might be unsuitable for children. The Revised Constructed Format is an alternative to Unlimited Constructed that has been made official by both the TRC and Wizards of the Coast.Suggested by Byron 'Neal' Massey, the "Draconian Banned List" forms the basis of a new tournament format that has become popular recently.
