LATEST NEWS: GONE DARK ! -The Ballad Of Frankie- March 1st, 1998 Hello! Your fave bunch of tasteless white trash punks are not dead! The Dead Toys have been in studio, during early December 1997, to record a track: "The Ballad Of Frankie", which is going to be enclosed in the newest Delinquent Records compilation, titled -The Pink & The Black-; a double CD set containing glam bands on a neon-pink colored CD and goth/dark/industrial bands on a black CD... The news are that the Dead Toys are on the pink CD as an industrial-glam act! Yessirs! The track we recorded is a claustrophobic goth-industrial twisted nightmare. After spending much time talking himself, lost in the darkest and twisted meanders of his mind, recently FUNbOY has been totally addicted to bands such: Marilyn Manson, Willow Wisp, Newlydeads, early Alice Cooper, Type O Negative and other real weird stuff. He has composed this really disturbing and spooky track talking about a guy who is in a lunatic asylum, totally obsessed by plastic, rubber and PVC. It's here that "The Ballad Of Frankie" was born. Sir Sam was so bored, bouncing from a party to another, gambling at the green table and bonking young fans so the only words he could say were: "...Uh? Why not...". We're proud of the results, and we hope you like it (you should!!!). Well, now we hope someone will contact us for the soundtrack of -The Crow 3- !!! Ike...! New material will be released during 1998; the Dead Toys have been also contacted for taking place in other compilations.
