after a break, the fidra lighthouse is on it's feet again.

the news:
- cage is working on songs for a new ep/ album. cage: "i'm not sure wether this will be an album or just an ep. what i do know is that it will be a lot more programming/ synths involved. i guess it will sound somewhat different to 'porcelain'."
soundclips from the new material will be added as soon as something is ready.

- the porcelain album is finished remastered. cage's been working on this himself on his new DAW.
the lack of dynamic and and some odd eq'ing has been improved comparing to the old version.

cage: this time it has to work out well! our new man is werner skogli (ex. conception).

cage's finished putting his new studio together. the studio is combined with the new reharsal room which was taken in use last summer.

east end's line up changes again!
cage: "our previous drummer just didn't fit into the band, and he left us when he caught us, right in the act, auditioning another drummer without letting him know first. sort of a drama..."
"anyway, our new drummer is a bloke named terje kjeldsberg."

the fidra lighthouse will be featured on the main webcast on the internet radio ”radio free kansas”. you'll be able to listen to it all week between the 14. to the 21. of october.

there's also a chance for some time on air in "kozmic ken's" show at the UK based radio station ”supanova” as well as the norwegian national broadcasting radio ”nrk p3” on a show called "roxrevyen" (this is not confirmed yet.)

east end is a new band which will be ready to set out on the road within a couple of months. they will be seen on several live scenes around in norway. cage says: "this is a kind of a money-making project. the fees are of course low, but still, with enough dates, it will bring some money into the pocket.
