So here we are... Let's talk
about Scully's men. It's not gonna be really long because
there aren't too many of them. Did I mention somewhere else on this site that Scully
seemed to be the unluckyest person in the whole world ?
During the existence of the
X-Files, she's only had two dates... I mean that's two dates in five years ! Quite a lot !
The first one was at the very beginning of the series, and the "lucky" man was Rob, in "Jersey
Devil". The last one (or the second one, turn it the way you like it best) was Ed Jerse in "Never
Again".
I must admit that I really liked Ed : he was really cute, and strong and
everything. Gillian probably had the same thoughts, because she's been going out with
Rodney Rowland (who portrayed Ed) for a few months.
We also learned about Scully's private life before the X-Files, as we meet an old boyfriend of hers in "Lazarus" : Jack Willis had been her man for two years, and he was his instructor at the Academy.
Moreover, Scully asked for Agent Pendrell's help on a few cases : "Nisei", "731", "Apocrypha", "Avatar", "Wetwired", "Herrenvolk", and "Teliko". Pendrell had a major crush on Scully.
Men like Scully, but Scully also likes men... She had a little crush on Sheriff Hartwell in "Bad Blood", but that's Mulder's version. Scully says that he had a crush on her.
I also wanted to mention Ethan Minette : though the scene was cut out from the Pilot episode, the script mentionned Scully had a boyfriend named Ethan.
