I can’t believe it. The first week of the Junk Mail assignment went by without me getting a single piece of mail. That wasn’t so bad, but now I have almost reached the end of the second week and there is still no mail, junk or otherwise. What is wrong with the various companies, am I just no longer a target audience? I see junk mail in my box-mate’s stuff, but it is never addressed to me. I wonder how I managed to fall through the cracks in the great commercial industry that feeds the US economy. Even the various churches have quit trying to save my soul (I guess it isn’t all bad to not get any mail.) I suppose that the forests of America should be thankful, but I miss my mail. (Affluenza, or just a sad, lonely person?)
