Slam Dunk is a Japanese Animation which was created written and drawn by Takhikou Inoue. The whole outline about this anime is actually pretty easy to get, no mind twisting plots, confusing characters, all of it is just pretty modern day stuff.
Shohokku High is a regular High school in Kanagawa with totally unsuspecting players. The team starts out as a shakey team, no cooperation no nothing, but as they play more teams they start to really get better. My favorite game was when they played Kainan, that is like watching a real NBA game. Any way, they fought all the way up to the finals but to only lose. There will be a second part to it, but it is not coming out till 1999 summer. I am waiting patiently for it to come out.
After I stupidly deleted my index page I could not find any news to put here so I decided to find some!!
Well it seams that the Macross series music has gotten very popular in Japan now, Lynn Minmei and Mylene Jenius all have CD's out. The most popular version is Minmei singing with Mylene, but I prefer the whole group singing together instead, because of the 15th anniversary that is going on, they are selling it cheaper than original price. That is all I have........Well if you find anything new email me and I will put it in my anime news flash.
