Quick & Dirty Character Guide:

Asahi Hinata: Our Protagonist. A scarily naive high school student with a fetish for
teddy bears and pancakes. She lives alone under mysterious circumstances.
Asou Shirou: Our Progatonist's new neighbor. A sullen and uncommunicative sort of guy
with random moments of niceness. He arrives in Hina's sphere
under mysterious circumstances.
Emi: A friend of Hina's. Outspoken, genki, indomitable, with a bit of a Kansai twang.
Touko: A friend of Hina's who may have a thing for her. Reserved but *very* on-the-ball.
Namiya Tomoaki: A porn writer with some connection to Asou. He seems to be in on some
of Asou's secrets. They are on a first-name basis.
Kizu: Another person with some connection to Asou and Tomoaki. He appears at the very
end of the first volume.
Nyanko: A black cat living in Hina's neighborhood. Serves the role of Requisite Cute Animal.
Waka and Tono: Hina's favorite teddy bears.
