Love makes the world go round, hearts flutter, and the brain go nuts...

Does it really exist?

This sight is still under controversy. This is my thoughts on it so far. I think there are three main types of Love.

Infatuation:

Seeing someone like cute Zell-kun and instantly falling in love with him is infatuation. ^^ There is only one way in my opinion to figure out if it's infatuation. Time. If you can last longer than two years and still be in love with someone, it's gotta be love. Sometimes more than 2 years. Because there's a chemical that is proven in a body to increase hormones. And for a guy, that's why they call it the 90 day itch. This kind of romance never works out. Here's what comes underneath this.

Lust.

Lust is a short off brand of passion. It is usually always connected sexually. However another form of lust is mock deep love, and is quite fooling.

Friendship

This kind of love is very strong, but at the same time, can be very weak. Only those with strength of heart can possibly make a friendship last long. I would use Hikaru, Umi, and Fuu from Magic Knight Rayearth as this example. Hikaru always says. "We won't give up! Umi, and Fuu were summoned here with me, and we're leaving together!" Truely, she has the strength of the heart.

Love

This love is most common. It's a love like for a family or for a husband. Maybe even for a pet. It is easily used, misunderstood, and molded into a type of love that fits a person. It lasts, but only because of a mental bond with that person.

True Love

Some people don't believe in it. And after a few breakups, it's not hard to see why. I will swear upon the fact that I know true love exists. It's hard to explain, but I'll tell you one thing, it's not easy to come by at all. Most people, if it's true love, are actually either suffering from Infatuation, or regular Love, and they mistake it. True love and Soul Mates are the same thing, in a way. Like Princess Emeraude and Sol Zagato also from Magic Knight Rayearth. She was the pillar of Cephiro, and could never fall in love, because if her prayers stopped, it would destroy Cephiro. Zagato knew that the only way for her to stop would be to summon the Magic Knights to kill her. And they do. But in the end, it was her love for Zagato that made her revert to her adult form and fight for the one she loved. She tried as hard as she could to ignore her feelings, for Cephiro, but in the end her emotions conquered all. True love exists in the heart, spirit, soul, mind, and body. Under this, exists Passion, the form of physical love which expresses the feelings of the heart. Passion is an intense burning of the soul. A passion is the strongest feeling known to man, and cannot be broken.

Love is just a toy, used by man, to feel accepted. True Love, is a key, used by a person, to accept the one they love, no matter what.

These are my thoughts on love, at least. You don't have to take my word for it, but they are my contemplations.
