2301  REQUIREMENTS

There are 15  modules to be completed by the student.  

The  modules are required.  There are three parts to each module: 
1. Reading assignments
2. Review of Essential Concepts
3. Learning Objectives

There are 10 written Assigments

Field Base Experience (16 hours)
There are four Prompts and a final report required.  Your attendance form is to be submitted with your final report.  You may scan the form and email it, mail it, or deliver it to my office.

GRADING

Two grades will be given for each assignment:  Professionalism and Academic.  The Professionalism grade reflects the timeliness of the submission of the assignment.  This is the grading criteria for Professionalism:

100 submitted on/by the due date
95 submitted a day after the due date
90 submitted within three days after the due date
85 submitted within seven days after the due date
80 submitted within ten days after the due date
75 submitted within fourteen days after the due date
0 submitted more than fourteen days after the due date

The Academic grade will be based on the following:

GRADE                     DESCRIPTORS

A          Excellent content, clearly conveyed. Well organized and fully developed. All important points
            included. Evidence of creative effort of exceptional quality.
B          Sufficient content, nearly clearly conveyed. Well-organized and mostly well-developed. Evidence
            of  some creative effort exceeding expectation.
C          Met minimum expectation. No creative effort observed. Material and organization at the required level
            but nothing more than minimum requirements.
D          Below minimum expectations. Content is insufficient and/or difficult to comprehend due semantic
            and/or syntactic errors.lacks organization or is not nearly sufficiently detailed.

Every assignment will receive a Professionalism grade.  Five of the Course Objectives  will be graded.  These five assignments will be selected at random by the instructor.  The grade for the Course Objectives will be reflected in the Evaluation Grade.

No assignments will be accepted after the final due date posted in the Assignment Due Sheet.

EVALUATIONS/TESTS

Evaluations must be received by the due date.  No late Evaluations will be graded.  The number of evaluations will be determined by the instructor. 

FINAL COURSE GRADE


The final semester grade in the course will be determined as follows:

Written Activities 20
Evaluations  10
