It is involved with the governments of Somalia, Ethiopia, Gabon, San 
Tome and Principe, Tanzania, Zimbabwe, Zambia, and Eritrea to manage the implementation of 
engineering contracts and other trading activities.
In addition to the launch of an agricultural and forestry development and a 
telecommunications network, the Company is also involved in the building of a new port and 
airport. 
Further, the CONSORTIUM has been requested to design and build a free trade zone in West 
Africa. 
The Chairman of the AMCO CONSORTIUM group, Mr Nick Banicevic, has been personally 
appointed as Economic and Financial Advisor to the government of San Tome and Principle in 
order to achieve this objective in West Africa.
