National Drink.
Brandy Sour is the original Cypriot drink, a speciality throughout the Island, you can make this drink yourself, first dip the edge of a long glass into sugar, add lots of Ice then pour a good measure of Brandy in. Sprinkle a little Angosturas Bitters finally pour an equal amount of Lemon squash and top up with soda water. Tastes out of this world go carefully as they are lethal. All Cypriot measures are larger than those served in the U.K. it is wise to remember this.
