Shoveling Snow

It snowed real hard last night
A foot was on the ground
I went outside to shove it
I couldn't hear a sound
I did the walk and drive
And then the roof and car
I just had time to fix my lunch
And head out in my car

    Shoveling snow, shoveling snow
    Where the snowflakes lurk
    I'm throughly exausted
And I'm heading out to work

Trim a bush

I got my prunners out
I thought I'd trim a bush
A clip, clip, clip, clip here and there
On now it's looking worse
A clip, clip now lets see
A little more won't hurt
Now all I've got to show for it
Are clipping and some dirt

Trim a bush, trim a bush
I'll get yours when I can
When I do you'll never have to
     Trim that bush again.

Raking Leaves

The leaves covered the ground
I raked them up real fine
And then I went to bag them
But it took a lot of time
I went inside to bathe
And then the wind did blast
The next time that I looked outside
I could not see the grass.

     Raking leaves, raking leaves
     Time and time again
When it's time for raking leaves
      It never seems to end

OverTime

I worked so long today
I thought I'd get a break
But I am working overtime
I always come home late
On weekends I work too
It's so much fun to do
Eat and sleep and work I think
That overtime is cool.

    Overtime, overtime
     That's the life for me
     When I'm working overtime
I have no time that's free.

Kissing Germs

The kissing that I see
It is so gross to me
Sucking on each other's tongues
Is gross as gross can be.
The mouth is full of Germs
And nasty ones I hear
How could someone do it to
A person they call dear.

    Kissing germs, kissing germs
    Revolting as can be
    Nasty and disgusting and
    Repulsive as can be.
