My practice is dedicated to helping individuals and groups in long and short-term therapy. I specialise in helping clients who are suffering from Clinical Depression and Anxiety Disorders (e.g., Social Phobia, Panic Attacks, Panic Disorder, Specific Phobias, Post-traumatic Stress Disorder, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder). In addition, I also work with clients to improve their assertiveness skills, work through grief and loss, improve self-esteem and reduce stress levels.
