      Jhimon Tang and her brother Zhao were Chinese mutants who were involved in a plot to overthrow the Hong Kong government. The object of this coup was to prevent the 1997 handover of Hong Kong to the Chinese. It failed, and soon thereafter the siblings fled to Canada.
      It is unknown how Jhimon and Zhao came to be inducted into Gamma Flight. However, during their tenure they served to the best of their ability. [Unfortunately, the team's commanders were being influenced by an ancient source of great evil. -C]
      Shortly after Gamma Flight was disbanded by the Federal Government the two were kidnapped by the enigmatic being known as the Sphinx. Jhimon perished in the explosion that destroyed the Sphinx' base. [The base was destroyed in a battle between the Sphinx, Spider-Man and the New Warriors. -C]
      Jhimon's consciousness did not perish, however. It is now part of a composite energy being made up of herself, her brother and a scientist who investigated the ruins of the base.
      Jhimon Tang was a mutant who possessed the power of flight and the ability to shoot beams of intense cold from her eyes.
