on Globalization
So far all this page has is one email and my reply. "ideology & globalisation... I have never read such a load of envy ridden depressing boring mindless crap since my state funded teachers made me read there union propaganda under threat of getting my arse caned if I didn't. Communism has already been tried maybe you missed that particular bulls up last time, what you espouse is a recipe for totalitarian corruption created by moronic and patently corruptible control freaks like yourself. Most of the poorer countries of the world are in that state mainly because of a lack of capitalism and too much state control and a complete disregard for individual rights and responsibilities they are oppressed by exactly the same sort of mindless tribalism that I hear in your article. I would welcome your reply if you see fit." Reply: I can see you have a bright future ahead of you. Have you applied for a job at the CATO or Fraisier institutes? Your editorial writing skills are of Wall Street Journal quality - the factlessness, the accusations of communism in the second sentence (although these days you'll want to say "terrorist" and use the first sentence), and, of course, the penny-throwing insult of "envy ridden." "ideology & globalisation...what you espouse" Your mind-reading skills especially single you out for stardom. I don't espouse anything on the ideology page, I espouse on the Alternatives page. This means you realized that I'm against Enron controlling our water, and then concluded what I'm for. I think there was an article in the Economist about this - either being with Enron or being one of Stalin's agents. You'll really want to see my alternatives page. The first thing I propose is a few hundred billion dollars in government cuts. "tribalism" Hm, now you're a flag-burner? Your rhetoric is awfully early-2001, you're supposed to be calling me a terrorist, not a patriot or communist. Oh, and you forgot to use the word "inevitable" and some quasi-ironic Marx quote. (Can't help you there, I've never read Marx. Any neoconservative has though, for some reason.). I'll welcome your reply, but please use the word "inevitable" this time. |
