Dobos Cake
Ingredients:

Cake:
6 Eggs
120 g Sugar
200 g Flour
1 tbs Butter (melted)

Cream Filling:
4 tbs Milk
150 g Sugar
100 g Chocolates (grated)
20 g Icing Sugar
2 drops of Vanilla
200 g Butter

Caramel Topping:
150 g Sugar
2 drops of Vinegar
Preparation:

Separate the egg yolks from the white. Stiffly beat the egg whites. Mix the yolks with the sugar, then gradually add the flour, the beaten egg  whites and the melted butter. Spread on an upturned, greased and floured cake pan and bake 6 round layers from the mixture.

Caramelize 150 g sugar with 1-2 drops of vinegar and pour over one of the cake layer. Before the caramel hardens, mark the slices with a knife.

Mix the milk, sugar and the grated chocolate in a bowl, over another bowl of boiling water, until thick. Allow to cool down then mix in the icing sugar,  vanilla and the butter. Spread this cream on each layer and on the side of the cake. Very carefully place the layer with the caramel on the top.  Decorate with whipped cream.
