Fruit Salad with Yogurt Topping
Ingredients:

Fruit Salad:

4 x 1 cup each of your favourite fruit

Topping:

1/2 cup  non-fat yogurt
1 tsp raw sugar
1/8 tsp almond or vanilla extract
Preparation:

Topping:  Mix all ingredients.  About 1/2 cup topping, 1 tablespoon per serving.

Salad:  Mix the 4 cups of fruit in a bowl.  Serve it with the yogurt topping.
