THE LAW

Law #1
The Creator has made all people of the earth as equals, and we are endowed by our Creator with certain inalienable Rights. We have the right to Life, Liberty, and to Pursue Happiness as long as it does not infringe on the rights of others to enjoy the same rights. The Creator has given to the People an inalienable Law, AHRRE NEW-WERE-NA NE-MUP ZA-NACH or The Peoples Law of Peace, to secure their rights.

Law #2
No Council shall make any law respecting an establishment of a required religion. Satanism, witchcraft, or any belief, order, society, or fraternity that subverts or threatens the principals of freedom shall be strictly prohibited. Within this, the free exercise of speech or of the press or of the right of the people to peaceable assemble and to petition the Council for a redress of grievances shall not be abridged or prohibited.

Law #3
In order to insure the security of a free people, the right of the people to bear arms shall not be infringed.

Law #4
All people have the right to be secure in their persons, houses, papers and effects, against searches and seizures. No warrants for searches shall be issued but upon probable cause, supported by oath or affirmation by at least two persons and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the person or things to be seized for evidence. Upon the determination of innocents of any party wherein property has been seized for evidence, the property shall be immediately returned or equally compensated for. This shall not be violated.

Law #5
No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on the presentment or indictment supported by oath or affirmation by at least two persons to a Council. Nor shall any person be subject for the same offence to be twice put in jeopardy of life or limb; nor shall be compelled in any criminal case, to be a witness against themselves, nor to be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use.

Law #6
In all prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the right to a speedy and public trial by an impartial jury, consisting of twelve of their peers residing in the Council area wherein the alleged crime shall have been committed, and to be informed of the nature and cause of the accusation; to be confronted, personally, with the witnesses against them; to have compulsory process for obtaining witnesses in their favor, and to have the assistance of counsel for their defense. Prosecution of a crime rests upon damage to person, or property. The basis for all contracts between parties shall be the meeting of the minds.

Law #7
Excessive bail shall not be required, nor excessive fines imposed, nor cruel and unusual punishments inflicted.
