During the last series' times, military plates varied a lot in size, fonts, materials etc. Plates of this series seem to comply (more or less) with the standard, but sub-standard plates are still issued.

The military plates are non-reflective white on black plates. There are several types of the military plates (see
GOST). The vehicle plate structure is "four digits-two letters". What is meaningful here, is the code in the right part of the plate. Unlike other plates (where the code refers to the region of the vehicle registration), the military code the belonging based on the internal military division.
