Extra Info
My Emperor Tetra
were easy to breed at one time but now they seem to be keeping to themselves.
One week they went into a frenzy and everybody was mating and I got five
fry out of it. But after that, I guess the females went on strike or something.
They seem to be easy to raise if kept in groups instead of pairs. I use
to keep them in pairs and nothing happened so I put them all together in
one tank and then they finally got to it. Always make sure there are plenty
of plants for places to hide and mate and don't have big jumps in temperature
or they will get sick and die (I learned this the hard way).
