brand_and_potency = I have used GNC, Twinlab, VitaCures, VitaminShoppe, and
AcneMiracle (in that order). I had found that AcneMiracle had worked the best
for me (although it took some time to get used to the powder taste)
side_effects = Stomach discomfort, gas, diarrhea for the first couple weeks.
Other comments = I noticed that modifying my diet helped speed results. I had used
the B5 to clear up and then slowly wheened myself off of B5. Now I just use 2-3
topicals to remain clear (w/ a modified diet)

side_effects = I have had a few nasty nose bleeds, especially the day after I
take a few extra capsules (maybe 11 grams/day). It may not be related, but I
suspect it is. I also have increased appetite, but no increase in weight.
Other Comments = I was hoping this would work better. Although my acne has improved
a tiny tiny bit, I am also doing a lot of other things to help it and am not
close to convinced that B5 had any positive effects.
