Other Comments = Acne is completely gone. Smooth and soft skin. No sign of any acne at
all. I have now lowered the amount of B5 intake to about 4-5 gms per day. I vary
the intake depending on the condition of my skin. I have had complements on my
complection which is very strange to hear after such a long time being ashamed
to go out with my mates due to my skin. I wouldn't say it has changed my life
but i am much more confident which is very important for most people. I will
continue to lower my intake until i see change in my skin, but at the moment am
happy with my skin and could not get any better really. Hope the same goes for
everyone else!
