About Me
Many years ago, around 1992, I took the step to try to predict the stock market movement. It was crazy, it was madness, it was fun, it was joy. Some days I would look up from my PC and realise it was 4:30 in the morning and I had not had my lunch.

When I started, I found out that there was no general theory on stock market movements. So I began by collecting data, generating charts with this data and researching into Japanese Candle Stick methods and other common charting techniques. It eventually took me 8 years to develop the required economic models and mathematical derivations to describe the behaviour of markets (stock markets, currency markets, commoditiy markets or consumer markets) and explain inflation and hyper inflation.

It was really tough going and I gave up twice during those 8 years. There was no one I could turn to for help when I ran into difficulties, I was truly on my own. I had no technical or intellectual mentor, no funding, and always worried whether someone else would publish before I did. It's different when someone is paying you to do the research (this is a very easy life) and it's another thing when you have no source of funds or income and everyone you approach thinks it cannot be done. It was truely difficult and you meet a lot of thankless people who just want the answers or results of the research to get out of their difficulties. They make their money and solve their problems and are gone! But there are many whom I have saved from financial collapse and do remember that I had helped them.

Before this I had worked as a senior design engineer of automated equipment and systems analyst in Japanese and American companies. I had invented a General Theorem, more than 20 years ago, for Real Time Machine Controll and Parallel Processing called Finite Event Analysis and with this thoerem I invented a 'new' software architecture for multi-tasking and paralled processing. As it was a general theorem it could not be patented by the US patent office.

I graduated from Coventry Polytechnic, England (now called Coventry University) in 1982, with an upper second class Hons Degree in Computer and Control Systems. Anyway there are many other things I have done, enough said, coming back to the stock market.

Those days I had a 11MHz 286 PC to do all my development work. Imagine all those charts and theories and analysis, published on this website, was carried on the 286 PC and later a 386 PC and all software was written in C++. In the early days it would take the computer atleast 7 hours to generate some results, now it's down to minutes.

As for funding, every inventor will tell you the same story. The technolgy parks, the big market players, the research institution in Malaysia, laughed and they laughed and they laughed at my ideas and told me not to waste my time. I did many odd jobs and temporary jobs to fund the research. I am thankful to TempGirl for giving me temporary work when I needed money.

So when the Asian Financial Crisis hit in 1998-1999 period I was in a very knowledgeable position to understand events. I had written 6 letters to Tun Dr. Mahathir, then our prime minister and basically they, the Government of Malaysia, followed all my advise. I guess that's why they call Malaysia's methods "unorthodox" because the advise came from an engineer. As they say "The rest is history".

Recently, I noticed that one or two reputable and good quality overseas universities are doing some related research. If you need, for a good cause, I can send you a copy of the letters. A good cause includes giving me grants/back pay, awarding me a PhD for my thoeries...

I am still looking for funds to develop

i) Robotics Programming Platform

ii) Rubber Recycling Factory -
STARTED !!!
(as of 2nd May 2008 the results are looking pretty good)

I am working on a herbal sleep remedy that requires funding.
