Free T-Shirts & Driver Autographs

Many of these photos are from Sat. morning, pre-race.  It was very busy in the garage area, but Cameron still managed to get some posters & autographs.  The team to the left & below right do charity work, $$$ per lap, for a Childrens Hospital.  They gave him the red t-shirt.

This is part of the Racer Group garage.  This is one of the teams Liz & I like, along with the Brumos Porshe Team.

To give you an idea where we are when I say we're in the garage area, above is part of pit road from the grandstand area.  The garages & trailers are all located directly behind the tents on pit road, these tents are what you see on TV when the cars pull in to fuel & change tires.  We could walk directly behind these tents.  In the background is the high oval at the east end of the track. Yes, all three of us love the garage area!  The constant activity, tuning the engines, cars coming & going after practice and seeing the cars at their best!  You'll see pictures in the next page that shows how they look after several thousand miles of HARD racing!
