Animated
models of Papaya proteinase are shown below. The images were generated
using millenium Sting software, and with the use of Gif Construction
Set the animated effects were achieved. Fig. 1 below shows an animated
model of papain. The active site is colored green, while the charges of
the residues are shown in red(acidic)and blue(basic).

2, below the model of papain (strand) was first created in Rasmol, then
animated features were added on using Gif Construction set.

rotation (animation) of the papain model . This was achieved using Printshop
Pro Software.
