The Halo Awards were created two years ago to serve a unique purpose - to recognize the best of Buffy: The Vampire Slayer and Angel fan fiction, regardless of genre, website, or authors' popularity. Now, four successful rounds later, the Halo Awards hope to become even better - new site, more categories, more judges.

415 stories and 40 sites nominated

For the first time, there was no way to ensure only one award per author. So what you see are the winners, no fiddling or shuffling! Because of this and the sheer volume of nominees, I have decided to also recognize additional stories with honorable mentions in categories that were close.

If you won an award, your award image will be emailed to you in the next couple of weeks.
