Good health is the cornerstone of all that we do.  Without the benefit of healthy minds, bodies, spirits, and emotions, we cannot go about the daily routine of living our lives to the fullest. Good health includes more than going to the doctor.  Good health includes making sure you have peace of mind, a willing spirit and a healthy outlook on your future.

Advocacy Begins With Caring.

Community Health Management Systems of Pennsylvania, Inc. believes that in order to fight for someone's right to quality healthcare, we have to care about everyone's right to quality healthcare. That means if you're poor, unemployed, uninsured or in the worst possible situation, we are an organization that cares about how you are treated. If you know of a hospital, physician, or healthcare organization that isn't living up to its standard of providing quality service and healthcare, let us know.

Who Are We?

Community Health Management Systems of Pennsylvania, Inc. is an organization that is currently seeking non-profit status. We are a health education information organization that advocates for the quality of health care for high risk populations in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and nationwide. We also share information with the members of our community who may need help on the web.  We recognize the current health disparities of high risk populations and underserved communities.  Our goal is to educate and assist members in our communities to get needed assistance by way of education, group discussion, and sharing various types of information that speak to the edification of entire communities.

We are unique because we come to you LIVE via the internet. YES! Not only do we go out into the community we offer information and have discussions on issues concerning the many aspects of the health and welfare of our community at large.

Volunteers Needed

Are you a licensed healthcare provider who has specialized knowledge? Are you willing to share your knowledge with those who need it most? Contact us to become a volunteer speaker or resource for information. 

The Importance of Quality Health Education.

Time and time again we hear horror stories from members of our community who have had terrible experiences with medical personnel or we hear that consumers are not receiving the care they deserve. At Community Health Management Systems of Pennsylvania, Inc. we believe that this does not have to  occur.  There are ways to establish quality relationships between healthcare providers and patients to arrive at better health outcomes for everyone.

How We Do It.

Our headquarters are located in  Pennsylvania, however we are committed to our goal of educating high risk, underserved rural and urban populations nationwide. Therefore, we will gladly come to your house of worship, health fair, or community center to share information, give presentations, and offer resources for your community.
