Setting: USS ANUBIS, Dawson's Quarters
Stardate: 60326.1215
After Lea completed her scans of the CMO and left, David went to his desktop console. He picked up the holo imager of himself and Sabrina in their happier times and turned it over. He removed a disc and placed it in the computer terminal.
"Computer," David said and took a deep breath, "access medical file of Lieutenant Dawson Junior, David Richard and correlate stardate 2.29416.5"
The computer bleeped and the file opened. David watched as the doctors struggled with a patient that wore his face. He could also see his mother in the background but the medical officer who pressed the hypo to the human child was none other than Lieutenant Sarah Wellington.
"Computer, locate Commander Wellington."

David tapped his badge.
"Dawson to Commander Wellington."
=/\= David? How are you?! Its good... =/\=
David interrupted, "Commander, we'll have to skip the pleasantries. I need you to come to my quarters. Use your rank if you have to but we need to talk."
=/\= Where are your quarters located? The security staff have pretty much cut us off from the rest of the ship other than Sickbay and the cargo bay. =/\=
"Deck Two. And hurry." David closed the channel and waited.

Setting: USS ANUBIS, Dawson's Quarters
Stardate: 60326.1225
There was a chime at his door.
"Come" and Commander Wellington entered. She approached the CEO and hugged him.
"David... its so good to see you. I heard that they've locked you in here."
"Locked isn't the word I'd use, but more to the point" David said taking the commander by the hand and leading her to his desk. As soon as she saw the image on the screen she gasped.
"Where did you get that?" she asked.
"Commander... I need you to level with me. I remember about my sessions when I was young, but who is this?" he said pointing to the teen, "Is that Richard?"
Sarah paused.
"Commander, my lively hood is at stake here. I know as soon as we reach our base then a court-martial is in my future. I need hard evidence..."
"Yes" she said above a whisper, "I don't know how much or what your folks told you but yes. That's your twin brother Richard."
David felt his heart sink. "So its true." he said and slumped in the chair.
"What's true?" Sarah asked, "you're not making any sense."
"Commander, you remember our last session before you left for the HIGHTOWER?" David asked.
"Yes, but..."
"I want you to do it again" he said handing her a hypo, "this is beszataynine. It'll numb my motor reflexes so I won't attack..."
"No, I won't. David... you almost died..." she said as he pleaded.
"Commander *please*! I'm running out of time. We'll reach NEW ALEXANDRIA in under 3 hours. I need you to verify this" he said handing her a tricorder.
She sighed and applied the hypo to his neck. "You better get to your bed before this takes hold. You're too big for me to drag."
David nodded and went to his bedroom and stretched out on his bed. Sarah took his hand into hers.
"Ok David... clear your mind... clear your thoughts... and I want you to count backwards from 100."

Setting: USS ANUBIS, Sickbay
Stardate: 60326.1230
After seeing to her patients Lea returned to her desk and to her search for anything that might help David in his defense. As she perused his medical file, something came to her attention.
"Odd" she said, "computer, access CMOs log from stardate 59941.0"
The image of Commander Sarah Wellington appeared.
=/\= Chief Medical Officer's log, Stardate 59941.0. In a final attempt to extract SDS from subject, subject almost died. After refibbulating subject we got a heartbeat. It is this medical officer's opinion that subject receives a neutrino asymbilsis to sedate urges that could arise from SDS. =/\=
"Computer, pause" Lea said, "what the hell is SDS?!" as she looked at the screen, "Computer, access Starfleet medical files for a disease called SDS."
=/\= No such disease exists. =/\=
Lea groaned, "I'm missing something..." she said drumming her fingers on her desk, "computer, is there *anything* in the medical files being physical, emotional, or mental dealing with SDS?"
=/\= Affirmative. =/\=
"Explain"
Lea sat and listened to the computer give a detailed explanation of what SDS was. As she sipped her tea, the computer said that there were only 2 cases dealing with SDS.
"Computer, is one of the cases Lieutenant David Dawson?"
=/\= Affirmative. =/\=
"And the second?" Lea asked as she sipped her tea.
=/\= Second case was Richard Edward Dawson. =/\=
Lea looked at the screen. "Computer, is there any images of this Richard Dawson?"
=/\= Affirmative. =/\=
"Display on this terminal" she said as she sipped more of her tea. The image that appeared caused the CMO to spray tea all over her desk.
"Oh my God!" she said as she reached for her badge, "Summers to Commander Serenna"
=/\=Go ahead Doctor=/\=
"Commander, I need you in Sickbay now!"

Setting: Dawson's Quarters
Stardate: 60326.1230
"Now... I want you to tell me who you are" Sarah said to David as the security officer stood near by. David had asked before slipping into unconsciousness that she had one of the guards there with her just in case. David opened his eyes and he smiled.
"Hello 'Doc'" he said with a wicked grin, "ah... I see they moved you up the chain of command."
"Tell me who you are?" Sarah said again.
"Why should I?" David asked as he looked down his body, "what the hell did you do?"
Sarah smiled. "Answer my question and I'll answer yours."
David smirked, "You expect me to believe you? All you ever did was *lie*"
"It was for your own benefit. You could never handle the truth."
He lifted his head and was curious as to why his body wouldn't react, "Truth?!" he spat, "you wouldn't know truth if it bit you in the ass!"
Sarah crossed her arms, "And you would?" as she looked down at the devise David gave her earlier. It was picking up the brain wave pattern that she saw all those years ago.
"The *truth* is *he* denied me of my life!" David spat venomously, "and *I* have taken it upon myself to see that his life is a living hell."
"Why?" Sarah asked, "why would you punish him for *your* sins?"
"Lock me away and throw away the key. You remember that don't you 'Doc'? I remember you telling that to my mother. And that bitch agreed! While they took the shining star with them to see other worlds, galaxies, races... while I was left to rot! I should have added *you* to my list... but there's still time."
"Time is a commodity you *don't* have. I'm going to do something I should have done all those years ago" she said picking up the device.

Setting: USS ANUBIS, Sickbay
Stardate: 60326.1240
"Doctor" Serenna said as she entered her office, "you said you needed to see me?"
Lea looked up, "Take a look at this" she said turning the monitor in the ExO direction. "Look like someone we know?"
Serenna smirked, "Doctor, I do not have time for games."
"I assure you Commander. This is no game. I want to introduce you to Richard Edward Dawson."
Serenna's brows knitted together. "A clone?"
"No Commander, David's twin brother." the CMO said.
"Twin?" Serenna said, "I thought the only sibling he had was Jordan."
"So did I... until I read this file. And you'll also be surprised at the medical officer that handled this case" Lea said as she tapped a few commands into the computer terminal and the screen split.
"Commander Wellington?!" Serenna said as Lea nodded.
"I think its time we have a talk with Commander Wellington" the ExO said as she spoke into the air, "computer, locate Commander Wellington."

Serenna nodded for the door as both officers left.

Setting: USS ANUBIS, Dawson's quarters
Stardate: 60326.1300
With a little under 2 hours before the ANUBIS reached NEW ALEXANDRIA, Sarah continued her interrogation of David.
"So let me get this straight... its David's fault you're dead and you had nothing to do with it?"
"He *did* fire the phaser didn't he?" David replied.
"Oh... that's right" Sarah said, "the one you stole from your father's quarters."
"They were leaving me *again!*" David barked, "and *I* wasn't planning on staying." and he chuckled, "you know something 'Doc', you're a *real* piece of work."
"Meaning?" Sarah asked.
"You *knew* my Dad got command of the STONE MOUNTAIN. You *knew* my parents were leaving me behind again. You *knew* about the star child's early assessments...."
"Let me ask *you* a question" Sarah asked, "how did you find this information out?"
David smiled wickedly, "I had my sources and that's all *you're* gonna know."
The doors to David's quarters opened and the ExO and CMO entered.
"What are you doing?" Serenna hissed.
"Ah... the concubine and the kiss ass" David said dryly, "what brings you by?"
"Commander" Sarah said, "David asked me here..."
"Oh no... please stay. I want you all to witness my greatest glory. The destruction of David Dawson." he said with a sinister laugh.
Lea pulled a tricorder out of her coat pocket and began scanning David. "How..." she said looking at Wellington, "this is *not* good."
"What is it Doctor?" Serenna asked.
"His neuro brainwaves... are identical to the ones we found when David was back in the Infirmary on NEW ALEXANDRIA."
"Commander, Doctor" Sarah said extending her hand to David's prone form, "allow me to introduce Richard Dawson."
