Setting: USS ANUBIS, Personal Holodeck 5
"Ah'll see yer 20, an' raise ye 50, laddie." Logan glared at her opponent.
William Shakespeare raised his eyebrows at her and placed his cards slyly down
on the table. She lifted an eyebrow and started playing with her poker chips.
"Lay on, Bill, and damned be him that first cries, 'Hold, enough!'" A smile grew on Logan's face as Shakespeare slammed his two cards down at the center of the table. Her smile grew bigger as she moved all of her poker chips to her stack. "Ye know, the history books at school ne'er mentioned how good o a poker player ye were, or are, actually." She stood up and commanded to the computer, "Holodeck off, please." The table and Shakespeare disappeared in an instant.
Logan stepped into the hallway as the doors to the Holodeck closed behind her.
She looked to her left and right, deciding which turbo lift was closer to her.
She brushed off her uniform sleeves and turned to her right and slowly walked
down the hallway, still taking in the new environment of the NEW ALEXANDRIA.
After only being here for two days, the new aCMO was still relieved and felt
lucky that she was discovered on the Cardassian freighter. Placing her auburn
hair behind her ears, Logan reached the turbo lift and stepped in quickly. She turned around to face the closed doors, thinking of what places she had yet to explore. She wanted to be back on the USS ANUBIS after being intimidated by the NEW ALEXANDRIA. She planned on touring there later, but when she was feeling moer adventurous.
Before her friendly game of Texas Hold'em with William Shakespeare she had
rock-climbed in the gymnasium. Logan's stomach started to rumble, which
startled her. She patted it as she commanded, "Deck 16, please." As the turbo lift moved quickly, Logan ran her fingers through her hair and leaned back against the wall.

Just as she was about to close her eyes, the doors opened again and she stepped out, taking in the busy environment that was the lounge. Spotting a place at the bar, she placed her hands behind her back and strode over to the spot quickly so she didn't lose it to another officer. She sat down on the empty stool as the bartender came up to her.
"Ah am in the mood fer some haggis, lassie. Two, please. With a glass of jus' some water, while yer at it." The bartender nodded her head and walked towards the replicator. Logan placed her right elbow on the bar and she leaned her head on her right hand. Sighing, Logan thought of the officers she hadn't met yet. There were still many of them, but she was relieved she had met most of them.
But for some reason her mind kept drifting back to Elan. He was an interesting person and since she was stuck with nothing but Cardassians for three years, she had never really met anybody from that race. Not even from her Academy days. She was curious as to where he was, because she was interested in really talking to him and getting to know him.
Logan's food was placed in front of her and she nodded her head to the bartender in thanks. The hungry aCMO started cutting off pieces of the haggis and chewing quietly and slowly. She had seen him about two days ago, but wasn't aware of his current whereabouts.

Logan tapped her fingers on the bar, chewing up her last bite of the haggis.
Her water glass was empty, but she still put it to her lips and attempted to
drink the last few drops of it to wash down her food. She stood out of her
chair, wiped off her mouth, and scooted the stool under the bar. Logan had
decided to go see Elan, but didn't know where he was. She turned around,
looking for a computer screen not being used.
Spotting one next to the turbo lift, she walked to it. "Computer, can you
please tell me the current location of Elan Fairborn on the ship, please?"
